EPG Solutions delivers training, intelligence, and private AI systems built exclusively for electric utilities. Our work is grounded in operational experience. Every product is designed by practitioners with experience across utility control rooms, compliance programs, finance, training, and grid technology. We build practical tools that help utilities make better operational and organizational decisions.

Who We Are

EPG Solutions was founded by a team of utility practitioners spanning control-room operations, NERC compliance, utility finance, system operator training, and grid technology. Together, the team brings more than 100 years of combined hands-on experience operating the grid, managing compliance programs, developing personnel, evaluating investments, and supporting the decisions that keep utility systems reliable.

The company was established to address a gap identified through decades of utility service: much of the training and intelligence available to operators and leadership teams was not designed around the decisions they actually face. EPG was created to close that gap with focused products developed by people who understand the work because they have done it.

What We Do

NERC Certification Training — Exam-preparation programs for Reliability Coordinator (RC), Transmission Operator (TO), Balancing and Interchange (BI), and Balancing, Interchange, and Transmission (BT), designed to develop operating judgment rather than rote memorization. Individual course licenses are available. Generator Operator (GOP) training is operations training rather than a separate NERC system operator certification path.

Utility Operator Courses — Self-paced, scenario-driven training covering switching, emergency operations, BESS, large loads, protection schemes, and the operational fundamentals behind sound decision-making.
