Delivery Policy

EPG Solutions provides digital products, account-based training, licensed intelligence, custom reports, professional services, and scoped private AI systems. Delivery depends on the offering purchased or commissioned.

Digital downloads

Guides, practice materials, manuals, binders, templates, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. The order confirmation or a follow-up delivery email provides the download or access instructions. If delivery does not arrive, check the spam or junk folder and email sales@epgsolutions.services with the order number.

Digital training and software access

GridCert and utility-course access is created for the email address used at checkout. Access instructions are sent electronically. For a GridCert department license, the purchaser must reply to the onboarding email with the primary license contact and the authorized operator-seat information requested by EPG Solutions.

RTO Intelligence Briefing — Annual Utility License

The RTO Intelligence Briefing is a one-year utility license that includes twelve substantial, source-verified executive briefings, utility-wide internal distribution within one subscribing organization, and restricted briefing archive access. After purchase, EPG Solutions confirms the primary license contact, distribution method, and archive access. Briefings are delivered monthly during the active term. Automatic renewal is not enabled.

Custom Benchmark Intelligence Reports

Custom Benchmark Intelligence Reports are form-gated and scoped before work begins. The report topic, sources, deliverables, schedule, review process, and delivery method are confirmed in the approved proposal or statement of work. These reports are not sold through immediate self-checkout.

Local AI Systems

Every Local AI System begins with a qualification form and scoping call. Intelligence Workstation systems are built to the approved specification and shipped under the delivery, acceptance, and risk-of-loss terms in the signed proposal. Department Intelligence Suite and Enterprise Intelligence Program engagements are delivered through the installation and acceptance process defined in their signed statement of work.

Delivery issues

For a missing digital delivery, access problem, or shipment question, email sales@epgsolutions.services with the purchaser name, order or proposal number, and a description of the issue. EPG Solutions will provide the applicable delivery status or corrective next step.
