1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website and purchasing our products or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
EPG Solutions provides:
- Custom benchmark reports and utility intelligence services for electric utilities
- Software platforms for certification training (GridCert RC)
- Digital study guides, practice tests, and compliance resources
- Consulting and strategic analysis services
All products and services are provided "as is" for professional and educational purposes.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
For software subscriptions (GridCert RC Prep Course, Test Lab, Department Training Licenses):
- You must provide accurate contact information upon purchase
- Login credentials will be created within 1 business day of purchase
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Department Training Licenses are limited to the number of seats purchased
4. PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and purchase orders from qualified utilities. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless net terms have been arranged in advance. EPG Solutions reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, and money-back guarantees are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. That policy includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on software subscriptions, replacement or refund for digital products with technical issues, and refund on undelivered custom reports. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, reports, software, and materials provided by EPG Solutions are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any EPG Solutions products without prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EPG Solutions provides products and services for informational and professional development purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our reports, tools, or training materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyandotte County, Kansas.
