EPG Solutions builds intelligence, training, and private AI systems for electric utilities. Our four core areas are NERC certification prep, operator training, benchmark and RTO intelligence, and local AI systems that run on customer-controlled hardware.

We serve electric utilities of every ownership type — municipal, cooperative, public power, and investor-owned — as well as the operators, trainers, compliance teams, engineers, and executives who support reliable utility operations.

EPG Solutions is built and operated by working utility professionals with over 100 years of combined utility operations experience across control-room operations, NERC compliance, system operator training, and utility technology.

NERC Training and Utility Courses
Which NERC certification paths do you support?
Our NERC Training area is organized by credential: Reliability Coordinator (RC), Transmission Operator (TOP), Generator Operator (GOP), and Balancing and Interchange (BT/BI). Start on the NERC Training page and choose the credential you are preparing for.
What is GridCert RC?
GridCert RC is an independent Reliability Coordinator exam-preparation course with structured curriculum, an AI instructor, and exam-condition practice. The same product offers Individual Operator, 5-Seat Department, and 10-Seat Department license options.
How are utility courses delivered?
Utility courses are self-paced digital training products. Delivery and access details appear on each product page. Use the buyer email at checkout because access instructions are sent to that address.
Do you offer team licensing?
Yes. GridCert RC includes 5-seat and 10-seat department license options. For other courses or larger cohorts, contact sales@epgsolutions.services before purchasing.
Intelligence
What is a Custom Benchmark Intelligence Report?
It is a custom-scoped, source-verified report built to support a specific utility decision such as a rate case, capital plan, or board initiative. Engagements start at $7,900. Submit the form on the Intelligence page and EPG will scope the work with you.
What is the RTO Intelligence Briefing?
The RTO Intelligence Briefing is a $5,800 Annual Utility License that includes twelve substantial, source-verified executive briefings, briefing archive access, and practitioner interpretation of RTO markets, FERC, NERC, and reliability developments. It is licensed for internal distribution within one purchasing utility.
Is the RTO Intelligence Briefing a monthly auto-renewing subscription?
No automatic renewal is currently enabled. The purchase covers one year of monthly briefings, and renewal is offered annually.
Can intelligence products be purchased by purchase order?
EPG can support purchase-order and invoice-first procurement for qualified utility purchases. Contact sales@epgsolutions.services with your procurement requirements.
Local AI Systems
Can I buy a Local AI System through online checkout?
No. Local AI systems are qualification-led engagements. Review the Workstation, Department, and Enterprise tiers on the Local AI Systems page, submit the qualification form, and schedule a scoping call.
Does customer data leave the utility?
EPG’s Local AI Systems are designed to run on customer-controlled hardware. The final data-handling and security requirements are defined during scoping so the system can match the utility’s environment and constraints.
Orders, Access, and Support
How do digital downloads work?
Downloadable products are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. Product-specific license and redistribution terms appear on the product page or in the delivered materials.
What is your refund policy?
Eligibility varies by product type and delivery status. Review the current Refund Policy before purchase, or contact us if you have an access or delivery problem.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is provided through Shopify. EPG Solutions does not store customer payment-card information.
