- Discuss fit, scope, and pricing. EPG Solutions follows up with you to review your needs and the six-month pilot.
- Confirm the pilot details before starting. Discuss the users, workflows, access arrangements, and license dates with EPG Solutions.
What happens when the pilot ends?
Your CCAP access ends when the six-month pilot license expires. If your utility chooses to continue, you can arrange a 12-month license with EPG Solutions. Continuing requires your decision to move forward; the pilot does not automatically renew.
