GRIDCERT 12-MONTH ACCESS LICENSES
GridCert RC Prep Course, GridCert RC Test Lab, and GridCert RC Department Training Licenses provide 12 months of access from activation. These are fixed-term licenses and do not automatically renew. Renewal may be offered near the end of the 12-month access period.
Refunds and money-back guarantees are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this policy by reference. Eligible GridCert licenses include a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in that policy.
RTO INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING
The RTO Intelligence Briefing is a 12-month utility license. It does not automatically renew. Renewal is offered annually near the end of the current license term. Access and internal distribution rights end when the 12-month license expires unless the utility purchases a renewal.
OTHER AUTO-RENEWING PURCHASE OPTIONS
If a product is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, the billing cycle and renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout. To avoid a renewal charge, cancellation must be requested before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
To cancel an eligible auto-renewing purchase option, use the account portal when available or contact sales@epgsolutions.services. Requests should be received at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads, including study guides, practice test books, prep materials, compliance guides, and single-issue reports, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. If a technical issue prevents access, contact sales@epgsolutions.services within 7 days of purchase so we can restore access or provide a replacement file.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed unless the applicable product page or Return and Refund Policy states otherwise.
RELATIONSHIP TO REFUND POLICY
If there is any conflict between this policy and the Return and Refund Policy, the Return and Refund Policy controls with respect to refunds and money-back guarantees.
