Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Refunds and money-back guarantees are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this policy by reference. That policy includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on software subscriptions (GridCert RC Prep Course, GridCert RC Test Lab, and GridCert RC Department Training Licenses) and a 90-day money-back guarantee on Tiered Utility Intelligence Partnership memberships. Outside those guarantee windows, subscription purchases are final for the current billing period, and no prorated refunds or credits are issued for early cancellation or non-use.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

To cancel a subscription, you may do so through your account portal or by contacting support@epgsolutions.services. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads (study guides, practice test books, prep materials, compliance guides, and single-issue reports) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. Digital download purchases cannot be cancelled after checkout. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased download, contact support@epgsolutions.services within 7 days of purchase and we will restore access or provide a replacement file.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are non-refundable once the order has been placed. If you purchase a pre-order, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of checkout or upon fulfillment, as specified at the time of purchase. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.

RELATIONSHIP TO REFUND POLICY

If there is any conflict between this policy and the Return and Refund Policy, the Return and Refund Policy controls with respect to refunds and money-back guarantees.
